★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en ese hospital, maltrato verbal con un guardia de la empresa de seguridad HIVICO, mala atención de las enfermeras como si estuvieran obligadas hacer su trabajo, no dan una información correcta, nos traían como pelota de un lugar para otro y no nos daban una cita con el NEURÓLOGO, muy mala atención....

Tengo covid, me dicen que tramite la incapacidad en línea y que no salga que me aísle, su página no sirve y el día de hoy fui a tramitar la incapacidad y me llaman la atención que xq no fui desde que salí positivo y que no me pueden dar la incapacidad por los días anteriores solo desde hoy. Estupidos ni ustedes se ponen de acuerdo. Asco de personas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucha burocracia, todavia no contamos con una institución pronta y expedita, solo para colocar un simple sello mas de 30 min.. el perso al de laboratorio se equivocaron de los resultados y solo te dicen disculpa hay que hacerlos de nuevo nos faltaron unos datos.. no es posible la irresponsabilidad.

Casi casi estoy seguro que este hospital IMSS,es uno de los mejores del país. Cada vez que voy,me atienden con un esmero y atención que ni Obama lo tiene!!!
Siempre hay el medicamento,siempre están atentos,siempre te dan un excelente servicio,siempre están ahí.
Ahora con la contingencia las reglas han cambiado,el acceso es muy restringido,y que bien! Me siento más seguro en el Seguro!
Por cierto,me duele una uña....iré al IMSS Hospital Regional#1 Querétaro..,ahí se me quita todo!!!!
Magnificent place ... you even want to get sick! They have doctors, nurses, orderlies, security personnel who make you feel great!
I am almost certain that this IMSS hospital is one of the best in the country. Every time I go, they serve me with a care and attention that not even Obama has!
There is always the medicine, they are always attentive, they always give you excellent service, they are always there.
Now with the contingency the rules have changed, access is very restricted, and that's good! I feel safer in the Seguro!
By the way, a nail hurts .... I will go to the IMSS Regional Hospital # 1 Querétaro .., everything is taken away from me !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una excelente y atención de médicos y enfermer@s, a excepción del tipo q esta en este lugar, es prepotente, grosero, sin empatia y trata a los pacientes de la peor manera, quería reportarlo pero se negaron a darme su nombre, esta en urgencias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En clínica 13 los especialistas y asistentes muy amables. Sin embargo para surtir una receta en la 1 hay que hacer fila x más de hora y media, luego no te la surten porque no llevas un calendario que nadie te dice que tienes que recogerlo con la Dra. Tania.
Bueno, dos horas esperando a que la Dra.Tania tome tu cartilla para que solo te de un papel con una tabla donde están nombrados seis meses y sellado...
Total de 3:45 horas para que te surtan tu receta.
No hay información en ningún lado de a dónde tienes que ir,con quién, donde anotarte.etc. La mayoría del personal se porta bien pero al parecer NO hay dirección en este hospital ni personal que quiera mejorar la atención.
El mis anteriores clínicas 1 en Durango capital y 35 en CD. Juárez todas las áreas organizadas, sin filas y limpias.
