Her pain was not managed at all, she was refused a blood transfusion, her surgery was postponed over and over again, and the staff was mediocre. My grandmother acquired pneumonia while in the care of the nurses and the doctors and NOTHING was done. As a nurse you take an oath to advocate for your patients, but my grandmother was completely neglected. No respiratory care of plan was started for her even though she was immobile and anemic. The nurses and doctors there are useless.
