No atienden a pacientes ni tampoco ofrecen información a nuestros derechohabiente , tanto el personal de seguridad demasiado prepotentes , salen cada hora del día sin problema alguno dejando parados a los que los esperan. Ingresan alimentos por la puerta como si fueran su casa y uno como persona ni agua puede ingresar. Estamos fregados con esta gente.
They do not attend to patients nor do they offer information to our beneficiaries, both the overbearing security personnel, they leave every hour of the day without any problem leaving those who wait for them unemployed. Food enters through the door as if it were your house and one as a person or water can enter. We are messed with these people.

Problemas con el IMSS 10 de enero 2022 Hospital de especialidades no.510 región 510 509 Señorita de la recepción se Porta muy déspota y me trata inumanamente iriendo mi sucectivilidad cómo persona y atentado de mis derechos humanos en contra de mi salud de echó le pregunté a la señorita amablemente su nombre el cual rotundamente se negó a proporcionarmelo esto sucedió antes del cambio de turno de las 7 am LA doctora de triage por igual no me brindó la atención pero que según lo mío no era una urgencia médica me quería regresar a la clínica 16 la cuál yá había asistido le pregunté que cómo es por fichas me dijeron que viniera a está clínica para la atención y pues su respuesta fué de la doctora que ni modo que astá que me tocará, fué cuando sé presentó otro doctor y le explicó que no tenían ningún problema que me atendieran que por eso existían colores para la atención y que a nadie se le puede negar la misma y así fué cómo la señorita que tomó el nuevo turno de la recepción me tomó mis datos de una forma grotesca y despota cabe mencionar que tengo desde las 6.30 AM sentado a qui y dándome cuenta que tan déspotas y nefastamente se portan con toda la gente
Problems with the IMSS January 10, 2022 Specialty hospital no.510 region 510 509 The lady at the reception behaves very despotly and treats me inhumanely, treating my success as a person and attacking my human rights against my health. I kindly asked the lady her name, which she flatly refused to give me. This happened before the change. on shift at 7 a.m. The triage doctor also did not provide me with care but according to me it was not a medical emergency, she wanted me to return to clinic 16, which I had already attended, I asked her how it is for records, they told me to come to this clinic for care and well, her response was from the doctor that no way it will touch me, that was when another doctor showed up and explained that they had no problem treating me that that is why there were colors for attention and that no one can be denied the same and that's how the lady who took the new reception shift took my data in a grotesque and despotic way, it is worth mentioning that I have been sitting here since 6:30 AM and realizing how despotic and nefarious they behave with all the people

Buenas tardes cibernautas pues otra vez un calvario en la delegación del imss en cancun donde las personas tienen un nulo criterio de atención y apoyo al derecho habiente acudí con mi mama persona de edad avanzada a que le dieran su medicina una inyección para la osteoporosis y lamentable la actitud de las siguientes personas gabriela gonzalez asistente la cual negó al coordinador y a un doctor el cual indico que no trabaja ahí y si trabaja en esa clínica pero los sábados Este tramite engorroso y patético ya lo habíamos realizado pero como según ella hubo cambio de coordinador nos pedia hacerlo otra vez prepotente y con el cinismo vuelva mañana así mismo el coordinador mario Saavedra nunca apareció fuimos en 3 ocasiones y siguen negando la inyección como no es la primera vez si alguien tiene alguna queja de esta clínica y sus personajes coméntenme lo para juntos pedir su cambio o sustitución y que la atención sea digna estas personas no pueden estar haciendo eso mas de 4 derechohabientes esperando sin ser atendidos podemos cambiarlos por favor únanse para mejorar este servicio que es un derecho tenemos que meter un amparo por una inyección pero así se hará hasta que cambien a estas personas van 4 visitas y nada

In the middle of my 5th month visit in Cancun from Canada I got infected by Covid-19 . They accepted me without asking for a proof of insurance .Immediately they start working on me very professionally . I spent 6 days in the hospital . Hardly anyone spoke English , food was not to my liking at all , the bed was bad, they didn't even provide me with a pillow nor towels ... there is nothing like we are used to from Canada but they really took care of me and at the end of the day 5 they insured me that I'm gaining my health back and the next day at 11 Pm they send me home ,yes 11 pm ! I would rate then 5 STARS even it was to my standard but I'm grateful to them for taking care of me the best they could . I can tell you that 18 months prior to this I was in a hospital in Canada ,it was terrible so comparing it to Canadian hospital I rate them 4 and I rate the Canadian hospital -5 . Doctors and nurses are great and professionals and caring but the hospital is not luxurious . Ans the best part they didn't charge me nor my insurance a penny for their excellent treatment . I recommend this hospital comparing to every private hospital in Cancun that as soon as they would see you are a tourist they would look at you like a cash machine . Avoid those private hospitals unless if you really have a great insurance ,but remember they are business for profit !
