Some staff members do not have the ethics and empathy part with the patient, keeping you waiting too long or not solving your request and making you spin around without resolution.

Triste la realidad de estás clínicas en Penjamo Gto.
Terrible service, half information, zero kindness, they make you go around a lot, most of the staff always with a bad face, and when you ask to speak to a boss, they tell you that they don't have a boss, they make an appointment at a certain time and you have in the sun made up for 2 oh more hours...
Zero humanitarians!!
Sad the reality of these clinics in Penjamo Gto.
