★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la línea telefónica, nunca te responden, solo te cuelgan y ya .....pero es el imss.... no es raro....
 Terrible service on the phone line, they never answer you, they just hang up on you and that's it ..... but it's the imss .... it's not uncommon ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy mal servicio en la clínica 28 de romita gto llevo desde el miércoles 18 de febrero con una fuerte laringitis y me toca turno vespertino el miércoles solo m vieron en urgencias porque no ay doctora en la tarde, bueno si hay pero aunque este ay dice q como a partir del 1 la cabían de clínica anda ocupada.... Y no atiende hoy lunes 23 febrero fuimos desde las 3:30a.m. para sacar fichas y tampoco atenderá la enfermera le pregunto si daría consulta y dijo No, así q no nos van a atender, de todos los q estábamos 3 tres personas vamos por incapacidad y atención , gracias a su mal servicio mi voz ya la perdí debido al baño en las cuerdas bucales fui por particular m aplicó 2 ampolletas juntas de tan mal q ando y que el IMSS m va a pagar consulta y medicamento? así no puedo ir a trabajar y que, el IMSS m va a pagar los días sin trabajar por no darme incapacidad ni atención medica?????mmmmm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy a rezar para cuando cualquiera de los trabajadores del imms se enferme los atiendan en el mismo tipo de clinicas para las que trabajan. Con buenos sueldos para los trabajadores, con mucha ineficiencia, con mucha flojera, con mucha ineptitud, con mucha desorganizacion, con unas lineas que nos cuestan y que nunca jamas contestan pues solo son para lo que ellos necesiten si tienen ganas de usarlas para trabajo. Cuidemos nuestra salud para no requerir de estas personas, ciudadanas y tambien mexicanos y guanajuatenses. Al ciudadano comun que nos quitan impuestos para pagar sus sueldos de la gente del imss, no se les olvide exigir el servicio que pagamos cada semana o quincena, porque sino exigimos el sistema ineficiente seguira siendo ineficiente.
I'm going to pray that when any of the imms workers get sick they are treated in the same kinds of clinics they work for. With good salaries for the workers, with a lot of inefficiency, with a lot of laziness, with a lot of ineptitude, with a lot of disorganization, with some lines that cost us and that they never answer because they are only for what they need if they want to use them for work. Let's take care of our health so as not to require these people, citizens and also Mexicans and Guanajuato. To the common citizen who takes away taxes to pay their salaries from the people of the imss, do not forget to demand the service that we pay every week or fortnight, because if we do not demand the inefficient system it will continue to be inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vía telefónica un pésimo servicio. Entra la contestadora, pide marcar "0" para atención de operadora pero solo se oye ruido y cuelgan.
Terrible service over the phone. The answering machine comes in, asks to dial "0" for operator attention but only noise is heard and they hang up.
