★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica y el personal son buenos excepto los guardias y el hecho de que el estacionamiento solo es para personal porque los derecho habientes no tienen derecho de uso de este según hay 5 lugares y 3 para discapacitados pero no están disponibles nunca
 The clinic and the staff are good except the guards and the fact that the parking is only for staff because the right holders do not have the right to use it as there are 5 places and 3 for the disabled but they are never available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola buen día, el hospital está muy bien, bastante limpio y el trato recibido por los enfermeros y doctores es excelente.
Lo único malo es que no es recomendable ir en un vehículo particular ya que no hay un estacionamiento para los pacientes, solo está la opción de quedarse en doble fila y es algo peligroso por el tipo de circulación.

Hello, good morning, the hospital is very good, quite clean and the treatment received by the nurses and doctors is excellent.
The only bad thing is that it is not advisable to go in a private vehicle since there is no parking for patients, there is only the option of staying in a double row and it is somewhat dangerous due to the type of circulation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He visto buenos comentarios en geneal. Sin embargo, el servicio en el COVITARIO, deja mucho que desear. No puedes tener un reporte médico lal menos semanal con detalles, sólo por plataforma y un mensaje de 5 palabras donde ni siquera puedes interactuar. Los médicos ni se asoman. Y no se diga los vigilantes, groseros y no te dejan estacionar 15 minutos para entrega de cosas que piden para tu paciente...habiendo muchos lugares diaponibles. Es el colmo!! Uno se arriesga dejando el auto sobre la avenida principal. El IMSS debería ser más doliente en la parte humana de los familiares.
I have seen good comments in general. However, the service at COVITARIO leaves a lot to be desired. You can't have a medical report at least weekly with details, only by platform and a 5-word message where you can't even interact. The doctors don't even show up. And don't mention the guards, rude and they don't let you park for 15 minutes to deliver things they ask for your patient...there are many places available. That's too much!! One risks leaving the car on the main avenue. The IMSS should be more suffering in the human part of the relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Dr Sifuentes Rentería Sergio Emilio da citas a sus pacientes para después llegar y decir que se atiende cómo va llegando, 4 hrs en este lugar y aún no nos termina de atender, para terminar ni siquiera sabe cómo se manejan los horarios y días de los estudios que manda en ese mismo hospital.
Dr. Sifuentes Rentería Sergio Emilio gives appointments to his patients and then arrives and says that he is cared for as he is arriving, 4 hours in this place and he still hasn't finished seeing us, to finish he doesn't even know how the schedules and days of the patients are handled. studies that he sends in that same hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención médica operatoria en cuestión oftalmológica de Primer nivel, la atención en consulta y revisión buena en general, para entrar a esta unidad médica te tienes que lavar las manos, te checan la temperatura y te dan gel sanitizante, no se puede pasar más de 2 personas por cuestiones de seguridad, las citas a partir de las 7.00 am, no hay muchos lugares para estacionarse si llevas auto, toma precauciones en eso, la clínica se encuentra limpia así como los baños están aseados.
