★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio peor que las oficinas gubernamentales, los cajas para el banco a pesar de que los cajeros están ahí no atienden a nadie aún y cuando la gente está en la sala de espera. Todos los empleados platicando con otros empleados como si fuera la hora de comida o estuvieran en una fiesta. La gente de atención a cliente es peor aún, ven a la gente esperando solo platicando solo una persona pregunto que tramite iban a realizar. Pareciera que si les estuvieran haciendo un favor y bueno la atención a cliente por los suelos, llegue a las 9:37 fui atendido a las 10:00 si no es que más tarde . Realmente solo ver la actitud de los empleados hace que te de flojera. Que mal que siendo una institución privada el servicio al cliente no lo conozcan. Cambiare mi afore después de esta experiencia. No se como sea en otras sucursales, pero si pueden ir a otra sucursal sería mejor.
The service worse than the government offices, the boxes for the bank even though the tellers are there do not serve anyone even when people are in the waiting room. All employees chatting with other employees as if it were lunchtime or at a party. The customer service people are even worse, they see people waiting only talking only one person asked what they were going to do.
