Tiempo de trámite menos de 1 hora. Fui a las 5 de la tarde. Abren de 8 de la mañana a 8 de la noche. Después de capturar mis datos me citaron en 25 días para recoger mi credencial. Change of address, excellent service quickly and without problems. Requirements, original birth certificate, proof of address and valid credential. Processing time less than 1 hour. Lo que quieren son los papelitos en tamaño A5 o A6 de esos que dejan fuera de tu casa y se los lleva el viento. Las citas programadas ya sea por internet o teléfono son prioridad y se respetan así que puedes llegar con 10 minutos de anticipación a tu cita sin ningún problema y pasar antes que los que no hicieron cita y están formados ahí desde horas atrás. Para los que hacen citas la espera para ser atendido es dentro del lugar el cual cuenta con aire acondicionado y sillas. El personal en general es amable y servicial. Tiene estacionamiento con 7 lugares, que siempre está lleno no hay WiFI gratis, ni TV ni baños. TODOS LOS TRÁMITES EN ESTE LUGAR SON GRATUITOS. They do not accept digital documents issued by institutions such as aguakan, CFE etc ... What they want are the A5 or A6 size papers that they leave outside your home and the wind takes them away. N	Nancy Ayala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una asistente de atención ciudadana nos pidió a otra señora y a mi "ayudar" a un joven siendo testigos para que obtuviera su credencial. Se negaron a darle el INE a la hija de la señora y le pudieron 2 testigos que la conocieran al menos 2 años. Yo no podía ser su testigo. Pero SÍ PODÍAMOS SER TESTIGOS DEL OTRO JOVEN DESCONOCIDO .Nos pareció injusto, deshonesto y les retiramos nuestras credenciales. Que se había llevado la funcionaria del INE. A citizen assistance assistant asked another woman and me to "help" a young man by being witnesses so that he could obtain his credential. They refused to give the INE to the lady's daughter and 2 witnesses who knew her for at least 2 years were able to give her. I couldn't be his witness. But YES, WE COULD BE WITNESSES OF ANOTHER UNKNOWN YOUNG MAN. We found it unfair, dishonest and we withdrew our credentials. That the INE official had taken away.
B	BrisSs Lima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal amable y la informacion clara, pero pesimo que no te permitan usar el sanitario pregunte y me dijeron que no habia, estoy embarazada asi que hable con otra persona para ver si podia regresar mas tarde a tramitar mi INE pues me urgia ir al baño y al estar embarazada no puedo estar aguantandome, me respondieron: pues si esta embarazada puede usar el baño(no que no habia) deberian tener un poco mas de consideracion en eso y en permitir que utilicen la ventanilla especial a personas que lo requieren y no mandarte a hacer fila normal y la especial la usan personas que no la requieren. Friendly staff and clear information, but it was terrible that they didn't allow you to use the toilet, I asked and they told me there wasn't one, I'm pregnant so I talked to someone else to see if I could come back later to process my INE because I needed to go to the bathroom and being pregnant I can't stand it, they replied: well, if you're pregnant you can use the bathroom (no, there wasn't) they should have a little more consideration in that and allow people who require it to use the special window and not send you to do normal line and the special line is used by people who do not require it.

V	Vanessa Oregon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer fui a tramitar mi credencial a este módulo y todos son muy amables y atentos te explican bien la información y esta excelente me gustaría que tuvieran wifi por que me tarde mucho para poder descargar mi recibo ya que me hacia falta ese documento para hacer mi cambio de domicilio, aun así la chica que me atendió Diana fue muy amable y me explico como descargarlo pero si tuvieran internet me hubiera ahorrado mas tiempo para poder conseguir mi documento. Cuando ya regrese pase super rápido ni 10 min me tarde y ya solo espero recogerla pero si que buen servicio de todos los que trabajan ahí.
