★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atencion que me brindaron fue excelente y super rapida el tramite no duro mas de 15 minutos, deverdad una excelente atencion tarde mas en llegar de puebla a SN Martin.
 The attention they gave me was excellent and super fast, the process did not last more than 15 minutes, really an excellent attention took longer to arrive from Puebla to SN Martin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena lo único que eso de sacar las citas es una locura, en lo personal tarde en que me entregaran mi INE dos meses desde que la trámite y volver hacer otra cita para recogerla
The attention is good, the only thing that making appointments is crazy, personally it was late when they gave me my INE two months from the time it was processed and again make another appointment to pick it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede ser un establecimiento del gobierno y tramites gratuitos, pero la organización es terrible, agende mi cita pero al parecer chica de la entrada no tenia la organización y un trato no muy agradable con los usuarios lamentablemente es el unico lugar donde puedo hacer el tramite.
It may be a government establishment and free procedures, but the organization is terrible, I made my appointment but apparently the girl at the entrance did not have the organization and a not very pleasant treatment with users, unfortunately it is the only place where I can do the procedure.
