★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mala atención la cita se hizo hace más de 1 mes, no respetaron horarios ,al pasar no encantaron la calle se tardaron más de 30 min buscando la calle y no la encontraron ,no quisieron hacer el trámite por qué el comprobante de domicilio no tenía mz la señorita súper grocera.
Super bad attention the appointment was made more than 1 month ago, they did not respect schedules, when they passed they did not love the street they took more than 30 minutes looking for the street and they did not find it, they did not want to do the procedure because the proof of address did not have mz the super rude miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo es con cita y cubre bocas los números están en las imagenes sino en la página ine.mx, después para recogerla tienes que hacer cita de nuevo en la fecha que te corresponde recoger tu INE .
Everything is by appointment and covers mouths the numbers are in the images but on the ine.mx page, then to pick it up you have to make an appointment again on the date that corresponds to pick up your INE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mí me atendieron bien! Amabilidad de quién te checa tus papeles antes de entrar y quién toma los datos. Saque cita, lleve los papeles necesarios en buen estado ( si no, no los aceptan). Hay gente y fila porque somos muchos que sacamos cita obviamente, pero los veo organizados. La verdad, si te regresan es porque llegaste tarde de la cita, o tus papeles están sucios, arrugados o desgastados o eres impaciente. Esto es de tiempo y paciencia. Yo respete todo lo que dijeron y salí bien. ?

Make an appointment, bring the necessary papers in good condition (if not, they will not be accepted). There are people and a row because there are many of us who obviously make appointments, but I see them organized. The truth is, if they come back to you, it is because you were late for the appointment, or your papers are dirty, wrinkled or worn, or you are impatient. This is about time and patience.
