Infinity Pool - 77730 Playa Paraíso

Massive and relaxing with spectacular views.

It started off as a great experience. There are several pools in the complex. This one is usually quiet and great for people who just want to get away from the noise of the main pool. Unfortunately, the bar at this pool does not have a problem over serving teenage kids. The drunk teenagers decided to start playing their own music. Which wasn't bad. It was Zac Brown and Buffett. Then they proceeded to start screaming and yelling and swearing. We asked them to stop being so noisy and try and respect everyone else at the pool. They refused and got louder. I asked the management at the pool to try and control the situation. They talked to the drunk teenagers and had no luck controlling them either. The drunks then decided to verbally attack us and turn their music up louder. I approached the pool management again and their solution was for me to relocate because they didn't have any power to control them. I went to the main lobby to talk to a supervisor (Isis) there. Guess what. Nothing again. So, if you want to hangout with drunk teenagers and listen to them scream and be obscene, then this is place for you. Otherwise, probably better to find a different resort that can up hold standards.
