★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda una de las peores experiencias que he tenido, para empezar su sistema de turnos no sirve, hay que estar adivinando cuando pasar, segunda, la persona que me recibió me mandó al área incorrecta y tuve que esperar doble tiempo, el personal es holgazán en general, mientras la gente espera ser atendida, los ejecutivos están platicando, comiendo o haciendo cualquier cosa menos lo que deben. Y lo peor de todo hacen que las personas vayamos a perder el tiempo ya que no pueden dar solución a problemas absurdos tales como aplicar un pago que si se hizo . Demuestran inutilidad apatía e ineficacia.
Undoubtedly one of the worst experiences I've ever had, to begin with your shift system doesn't work, you have to be guessing when to pass, second, the person who received me sent me to the wrong area and I had to wait twice as long, the staff is lazy in general, while people wait to be served, executives are talking, eating or doing anything but what they should. And worst of all, they make people waste time since they cannot solve absurd problems such as applying a payment that was made. They show uselessness, apathy and inefficiency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tarde un poquito en pasar por qué no tenía cita , después pase al área que me ayudaría para mí caso, me asesoraron profesionalmente , me aclararon mis dudas y me dieron opciones.
La atención fue muy atenta , amable y la verdad me dió mucho gusto que me asesorarán de ese modo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su horario de servicio es corto y hay una fila muy larga para la atención que si llega uno 2 hrs antes de q cierren ya no entra, hay q irse a formar con mucho tiempo de anticipación
