★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy lento pero el lugar es agradable hay sillas para esperar y hay baños publico. A las 2:30 cierran el acceso a la oficina. El estacionamiento tiene muy pocos lugares y no esta pavimentado. Si tiene acceso para silla de ruedas. Para que la atencion sea ma aguil hay que sacar cita por internet en la pagina del Infonavit.
The service is very slow but the place is nice there are chairs to wait and there are public toilets. At 2:30 they close the access to the office. The parking lot has very few places and is not paved. If you have wheelchair access. For the attention to be acute, you must make an appointment online on the Infonavit page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al trabajador pésima. Los tiempos de atención eternos. Los asesores tardan demasiado tiempo en atender a cada persona y sólo atiende 1 o 2 empleados. Se les olvida que los muy buenos salarios y prestaciones que tienen son gracias al trabajador que paga muchísimo dinero de intereses. Necesitan capacitación para atención al público. Puro recomendado y familiares trabajan en el Infonavit, por eso se sienten intocables y no hay con quien reportarlo, solo por teléfono y de nada sirve
