M	Marco Axel Macias Corona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lujar de ingenia muebles es el peor lujar para comprar , fui a este establecimiento y me gustó un mueble ,le di el dinero a mi madre para q lo comprará , el empleado nos dice q hizo algo mal y le habla ala gerente nos dijo q había duplicado el precio y el empleado todavía le dice Ami madre "que ella tuvo la culpa y q fue su error de mi madre ". Osea no entiendo q les pasa x la mente ala gerente y a su empleado cometen un error "ELLOS" y se molestan todavía tenemos más de 9 meses y aún no nos entregan el mueble q ya " pagamos" , e querido hablar con alguien q este a cargo pero dice la gerente q no hay nadie más q ella para hablar , . No les recomiendo ir a comprar a este lujar pésimo servicio y una actitud pésima , nefasta , y grosera de la gerente de esta sucursal . Los muebles son bonitos si , lo malo está en el personal q trabaja aquí. Cuando ví los muebles me gustaron varios y aparte del q ya compré y aún no recibo , hubiera comprado otros xq me gustaron los modelos , pero con este servicio de la gerente y su empleado , jamás se me ocurrirá volver a comprar un mueble en ingenia muebles. Ojalá y me pueda dar atención a mi situación alguien acargo quiero saber cuando me darán mi mueble q ya pague ........ Ya casi voy para el año y no me dan fecha , osea en cuántos años me lo darán ..
