Al momento de hacer la cita por Whatsapp, nunca te comentan que es necesario un diagnóstico para saber si eres candidata o no para las extensiones, pero te piden un depósito de $200 para apartar la cita (no reembolsable en caso de que no te puedan poner las extensiones). yo tmbien tuve una pésima experiencia la verdad los precios por las nubes altísimos las estilistas no saben los precios y no saben lo que hacen yo fui a miramontes pedí un tinte rojo sin decoloración me dejaron horrible la raíz de un color y se veía la separación y lo demás de otro tardaron horas para eso para verlo sabido lo seguía haciendo yo y ya y me queda más parejo a mi pero quería ver si ellos me podían hacer un tono distinto pero no error tmbien pedí una extensión de swarovski que súper chafa carísima y cuando me la pegaron se veía el pegamento al final cuando se me cayo la extensión se vino con todo y mi pelo además pedí corte y al principio me pareció bien pero cuando lo alaciado se ve raro el corte de las puntas disparejas no volveré a ir de por si me bloquearon jaja porque a para eso tantito dices algo o te quejas y ya piensan que es de mala onda o que les quieres tirar porque me queje de su mal servicio y sus groserías y me bloquearon yo nose a qué tipo de personas contratan tanto en redes sociales como en salón pésimo ahh añado me querían cobrar un porcentaje por transferencia y no traía en efectivo así que tuve que hacer todo un show para evitar eso y se portaron súper groseras con una chica que quería extensiones onduladas y no se las querían poner que porq no le quedaban a ellas que les importa la verdad pase coraje ahí y un mala experiencia

Pésimo servicio yo estaba muy ilusionada de acudir con ellos pues su técnica ultrasónica me parecía increíble pues tengo poco cabello, asistí Yeni dijeron que como mi cabello estaba corto necesitaba 200 gramos a lo que yo les dije que no me cabían pues ya he ido a otros lugares bueno pues me vendieron 200 gramos y me aplicaron solo 120 gramos como yo ya les había dicho, lo demás que me lo llevara a mi casa en cortina ni si quiera hicieron las mechas en fin, me tardaron 9 horas desde que llegue a la 2 hasta que salí a las 11:00pm, mi pago no les caía y espere una hora más que porque ya clientas se las habían aplicado de transferencias falsas yo les dije que eso lo entendía pero que me hubieran cobrado desde antes y dijeron que se les había olvidado, compré el aceite más caro para que me durara más y pague 4100, a la semana mi tinte que aplicaron ya se había caído y las extensiones se veían horribles como estropajo, les mande foto a los 15 días y me dijeron que tenía que ir a valoración pero que mi garantía ya había expirado, a qué iba a ir a que me cobraran más? Les dije que así dejaran todo que solo les pedía un lugar para que me las retiraran y me mandaron a una sucursal donde las niñas son súper hamables pero yo esperaría que en gerencia que era con las que me comunicaba mínimo. O me cobrarán el retiro pues perdí 4100 en 15 días por su pésimo servicio y no aún así me cobraron en finés pésimo su servicio.

Es un servicio de pésima calidad, te muestran imágenes de su técnica ultrasonica y no es nada con la realidad, yo fui clienta vip y me trataron muy, dan información falsa ya que al ser cliente vip te dan una membresía con servicio gratis. El cual no esta especificado en ninguna condición, y solicite un retoque de extensiones, me dijo la asistente que era solo gelish en uñas, al tratar el caso me comento al final de la conversación que sivme darían el retoque de extensiones gratis, y al llegar a la sucursal de Bosques la empleada me dijo que no era gratis me llamó el gerente te a la sucursal y me exigió que me retirara y que nunca volviera a poner un pie en alguna de su sucursal y que llamaría a la patrulla para sacarme de sus instalaciones. Son muy groseros y prepotente un trato y servicio pésimo al cliente. A una amiga le hicieron lo mismo en sucursal centro su estrategia es amedrentar diciendo que llamaran a la patrulla.

Pésima experiencia. Me hice la nanoplastia con ellos ya que tenía tiempo de seguirlos en instagram, desde que llegas y el lugar está descuidado y sucio no te da buena pinta. Los que están en sucursal no saben los precios que te fijan por instagram al momento de agendar tu cita ya que llegas y no saben ni que te vas a realizar y que precio darte. El cabello me lo hicieron horrible, les expliqué lo que me pasó con su proceso mal hecho y solo me dijeron que me podían hacer el descuento del 50% en la siguiente nanoplastia. Claramente no regresé, no quería quedarme con el cabello todavía peor. No vayan, evítense perder su dinero en un tratamiento que te dura 3 días y te deja el cabello peor de lo que estaba.
