Los aparatos que ofrecen son buenos, pero el personal de la caja pareciera que les capacitan en decir que no. Se les cierra el mundo muy fácil. Walter Orozco es de lo más déspota, ojalá esta publicación llegara a ojos de los dueños del lugar. Muy diferente a la Doctora Lorena, ella y el servicio técnico es por lo que vale la pena. Es verdad que no pueden facturar compras abajo de $300 o pura mala vibra de la gente? Pagué unas cápsulas para la humedad y por costar menos de esa cantidad no quisieron facturar, después la reparación de un aparato, les dije que sumaran ambas compras y no quisieron. Creo que al SAT le parecería interesante que impongan un mínimo de compra y que no se puedan sumar los tickets para facturar además de no ofrecer el pago con tarjeta para esas compras. El viernes pasado me llevé una pésima impresión del instituto, no es la primera vez que confronto a Walter pero el sabe de atención al cliente lo mismo que yo se de aeronáutica. Pongan atención a los detalles, eso vuelve grande a una empresa. Si les interesa conocer más a fondo lo que pasó les invito a contactarme, pero qur sea alguien de nivel y no el tipo antes mencionado. No hemos comprado poco en el instituto.

Es un lugar al que he venido por años por el buen trabajo que hacen, sin embargo no aceptan tarjeta y no hacen nada sin pago por adelantado, por lo qué hay que salir a buscar a un cajero, ni hablar de pagar a contraentrega porque se bloquea la cajera que atiende.
It is a place that I have come for years for the good work they do, however they do not accept card and do nothing without payment in advance, so you have to go to find a cashier, or talk about paying against delivery because it block the cashier you serve.

I was referred to this place by my doctor, because of my bilateral hearing loos and Tinnitus. My experience was a bit irritating, after Waiting for 70 min to get an estimate for a couple hearing aids, finally I was approached by Pedro Gomes greeted me and welcomed me to his office to start the consult. He showed me a couple of options but I was not fully convinced by the limited models he was showing me. We tested one of the two models that he assumed where appropriate for me and after 15 min of my consult, he decides go test my left ear because we only tested my right ear. So he excuses him self to get the left ear as well. He left me unattended and walked out to check on another patient. I waited for another 18 minutes to see if any of the staff would come back or acknowledged I was in there alone. Finally I lost patience and removed the hearing aid, I just lost it and left with out saying a word.
