S	Sara Condon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience as a student at Instituto de Lenguajes. I studied here for 2 weeks and felt my Spanish improve quite a lot at this time. The teachers are very calm, engaging, and knowledgeable about teaching Spanish. The owner is a very friendly, cool guy who offers excursions and on-stay accommodations. We took advantage of the rock climbing excursion and it was my favorite memory from Puerto Escondido - I highly recommend if you are an adventurer. Overall, the experience here was a 10/10 for me. I have studied at many Spanish schools in Spain, Colombia, and now Mexico, and this one far surpasses as the best one. You get to learn Spanish overlooking a jungle garden and the ocean. It truly is paradise!

The location is ideal, as it's very easy to grab a collectivo or a taxi to the other parts of P.E. The setting is lush and beautiful, which makes for a great place to study Spanish, or just hang out. Finally, the lessons are the main highlight. Each teacher is different in a good way, and will make learning fun. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each of my teachers. They can help complete beginners, up to advanced students.

The administrators were welcoming and flexible, helping me ensure I got everything I wanted out of my schedule. The teachers were incredible, thoughtful, patient, persistent and thorough. They have different cultural backgrounds, which allows each student to have access and exposure to different accents, interests and teaching styles. Additionally, I stayed for the month on campus in a private casita, it was safe, clean, well cared for and had everything I needed. The school offers alternative classes to reinforce the language learned, like surfing, cooking and expeditions. I cannot wait to go back to the Puerto School and continue to deepen my Spanish language skills. Gracias a todos!

The PE language school is exactly what we hoped for. Very casual, flexible to our study needs, and great teachers and administrators. Plus the surroundings are amazing. We rented an airbnb down the beach which gave us a nice walk every day. Highly recommend.

I had two different teachers over the week, and they were both great! They spoke mainly in Spanish while speaking and acting out slowly, which as first was a bit daunting was actually very helpful. They were also very accommodating when I decided four hours a day was too much and wanted to cut down. A very relaxed and friendly environment, would 100% recommend!
