Deberíamos poder realizar las solicitudes ahí mismo, con el apoyo de ellos. Terrible service, totally bureaucratic. Primero el director de la oficina o no se que cargo tiene viene cuando le da la gana y cierra la oficina, nos tuvimos que esperar hasta que ellos quisieron y teníamos cita, pero si tu llegas un poco tarde ya no te quieren atender, la persona que me atendió hoy 10/12/2021 ventanilla 3 nada empatica y atención poco profesional, necesitas ser firme y exigir una buena atención para que te hagan caso, no me imagino como tratan a las personas que no hablan español, actualicen su sitio web y sean profesiones antes de rechazar los trámites, horrible! La página web es un desastre y el personal no es nada amable. Como es posible que solo den 10 citas por día ? Bureaucracy at its finest.
