★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mi muy mala atencion porque la srita que esta recibiendo documentos me la esta armando mucho de tos quiere que yo mande a comision federal de electricidad a actualizar mi comprovante de domicilio porque tiene puerto escondido y mi credencial tiene santa maria colotepec quiere que en esas direcciones deben ser igual....ya llevo 15 año con ese comprobante y saque mi credencial y la renove y no me la hicieron cansada ahora que mi esposa quiere renovar me dice que no sirve asi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente la credencial es un requisito para todo tipo de servicios, sin embargo para solicitar una nueva pareciera q es un trámite q nunca terminará no tiene caso ir temprano 7 am y salir de ahí a las 7:40 y no haber obtenido el objetivo, deberían buscar trabajadores q apoyen y no q estén saliendo a cada rato se desaparecen y vuelven a llegar y no están en su lugar q deben estar dando los requisitos a la mera hora tanta traba para obtener el documento igual.
Hagan ese trámite más fácil y rápido
Esa experiencia la tuve en las oficinas de Puerto escondido Oaxaca.
Unfortunately, the credential is a requirement for all types of services, however, to request a new one it seems that it is a process that will never end, there is no point in going early at 7 am and leaving there at 7:40 and not having obtained the objective, they should look for workers who support and not who are leaving all the time they disappear and come back and are not in their place because they must be giving the requirements at the mere hour so many obstacles to obtain the same document.
Make this process easier and faster
I had that experience in the offices of Puerto Escondido Oaxaca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 11 de diciembre del 2021 hice mi cita para realizar mi cambio de domicilio al dia de hoy 19 de enero 2022 a las 15.24. Es realmente triste que el señor de la entrada me pida mis papeles para revisarlos y decirme que no me van a recibir porque mi comprobante de domicilio el cual es un recibo de la CFE no trae la alcaldia de mi domicilio, sin embargo si trae el C.P. que indica la alcaldia. Esta misma persona me dice que me deben acompañar 2 personas para que sean mis testigos sobre la alcaldia donde reside mi domicilio. Creo que el INE debe mejorar la capacitacion de su personal. Esto que me paso, se lo hicieron igual a otras personas.
On December 11, 2021 I made my appointment to make my change of address to today, January 19, 2022 at 3:24 p.m. It is really sad that the man at the entrance asks me for my papers to check them and tell me that they will not receive me because my proof of address, which is a receipt from the CFE, does not bring the mayor of my address, however, it does bring the C.P. indicated by the mayor. This same person tells me that 2 people must accompany me to be my witnesses about the mayor's office where my address resides. I think that the INE should improve the training of its staff. This happened to me, they did the same to other people.
