Te puedo recomendar el sistema Ryodoraku a ojos cerrados, alguna vez tuve asma y gracias al Dr. Ejo Takata S. y a sus discípulos hoy no queda rastro de ella. En lo personal te puedo decir que es excelente pero tu tienes la última palabra.
You like to feel good every day, wake up every morning without any discomfort and know that your body works like clock. I can recommend the Ryodoraku system to closed eyes, I once had asthma and thanks to Dr. Ejo Takata S. and his disciples today there is no trace of it. Personally, I can tell you that it is excellent but you have the last word.
