★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think it may be "OK" to receive ten boxes of 50/50 cm meter tile with two boxes destroyed, then having the manager at inteceramic tell you they can't help you, then this is the place for you to shop.Otherwise, avoid this scam joint like "THE PLAGUE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time shopping here! The people that work in this store do not care about you, they do not care about what you want, they only want to sell you something. No matter what you ask them, they will lie. They will tell you they cant get what you want or its not available, when its only because they don't have it in stock and they only want to sell you what they have in stock. After many hours wasted in this store over many trips because most of the sales staff is incompetent and do not have one clue about their products, I was finally able to purchase the 3 toilets I wanted (that they initially told me they did not have). After installation I had a minor problem with one toilet because the buttons to flush the toilet (plastic push buttons) were a few centimeters too short. You would think it would be no major issue to get another set of plastic buttons that were the proper length after spending almost $1500 USD in this store. But so far they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. After many more trips to the store and numerous phone calls over a 6 month period, they still have done absolutely nothing. That I have to go to this length to get 2 pieces of plastic the proper length after spending this much money in this store and this much time is utterly ridiculous. Don't buy from this store. I wont ever again.
