★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo menos a mi la verdad no fue nada agradable hace poco compre un mueble tipo armario y a la hora que lo iba a pagar resulta que las repisas las vendían aparte y en ningún momento me lo habían mencionado y pues ni en el precio donde estaba en exhibición lo lo decía, pues que hacia tuve que pagar todo ni modo que comprara un mueble sin repisas y así es todo lo venden por separado y hacen creer que hacen mucho descuento cuando en realidad sale casi al precio ...y por sí fuera el colmo cuando me lo llevaron me dicen que no se puede mover de donde lo armaron porque es demasiado frágil y hecho lo quise cambiar de lugar y se rompió...al menos en mi opinión los muebles son demasiado caros para la fragilidad....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene buenos diseños en sus muebles y los precios no son tan altos (Interimöbel es fabricante en casi todo lo que vende), pero creo que los materiales y la calidad de los muebles puede mejorar aún más.
It has good designs on its furniture and the prices are not that high (Interimöbel is a manufacturer in almost everything it sells), but I think that the materials and the quality of the furniture can improve even more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encargue un mueble desde el 22 de agosto aproximadamente y la entrega era para el 1 de septiembre ya que ese día me mudé de departamento. El closet llego en tiempo y forma pero al momento de empezar a armarlo se dieron cuenta de que la madera venía muy dañada. Molesto con la situación me acerque a la sucursal con el gerente Jorge el cual me prometió que a más tardar el miércoles se entregaba el closet. Ese día me marca y me comenta que ahora tendré que esperar hasta el domingo para recibir el closet, lo cual me molesto aún más ya que no podía acomodar mis cosas de la mudanza. Finalmente llega el domingo y por fin entregaron el closet, pero al momento de armarlo se dan cuenta de que faltan los cajones del mismo. Frustrado con la situación me acerco una vez más a la sucursal para comentar lo sucedido y me dicen que Jorge no está y que nadie me puede ayudar.
Realmente el servicio es pésimo y no valoran el tiempo de los clientes.
I ordered a piece of furniture from August 22 approximately and the delivery was for September 1 since that day I moved out of the apartment. Finally, Sunday arrives and they finally delivered the closet, but at the time of putting it together they realize that the drawers are missing. Frustrated with the situation I approach the branch once again to comment on what happened and they tell me that Jorge is not there and that nobody can help me.
The service is really bad and they don't value the customers' time.

Atención medio lenta y no todo tiene precio marcado pero tienen increíble selección y descuentos para sillones, sillas, comedores, muebles para cuarto, etc. Vale la pena darse una vuelta. Si pagan de contado (aunque sea con tarjeta) se pueden llevar un descuento aún más grande.
Excellent prices! Medium slow attention and not everything has a marked price but they have an incredible selection and discounts for armchairs, chairs, dining rooms, furniture for the room, etc. It pays to shop around. If you pay in cash (even with a card) you can take an even bigger discount.
