★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por una supuesta oferta en la cual se anunciaba un precio en su página y ya estando presente me informaron que además había que pagar IVA lo cual no se menciona en ningun lado de la página, me parece que actúan con dolo al no informar, no regresaré y esta respuesta tan poco comprensiva con quienes consumen sus productos me parece escueta y muy vaga
 I went for an alleged offer in which a price was advertised on their page and while being present they informed me that they also had to pay VAT which is not mentioned anywhere on the page, it seems to me that they act with fraud by not informing, no I will return and this answer, so unsympathetic to those who consume their products, seems concise and very vague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es una completa estafa, se adquirió una camilla misma que fue liquidada anticipadamente, acordaron ENVIARLA el 27 de septiembre y a la fecha no nos dan respuesta, dejan de contestar mensajes, llamas a sus teléfonos, te dejan en espera y tienen puras respuestas absurdas ante su incompetencia. Al día de hoy no tengo noticias de mi pedido 7951.
Terrible service, it is a complete scam, a stretcher was purchased that was paid in advance, they agreed to SEND IT on September 27 and to date they do not give us an answer, they stop answering messages, you call their phones, they leave you on hold and they have pure answers absurd in the face of their incompetence. As of today I have no news of my order 7951.

La empresa es rápida y amable para las cotizaciones y recibir el adelanto; pague el 50% de una mesa de exploración pediatrica que tenía que ser enviada entre la 3er y 4ta semana de julio y es la fecha que me daban y siguen dando largas, y ahora no me contestan ni los mensajes:; no son cumplidores en tiempo ni en forma CUIDADO!!! MÁS VALE PAGAR EN UN LUGAR MÁS SEGURO, CON MAS SERIEDAD Y FORMALIDAD!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal atención al cliente, no responden tus mensajes por whatsapp, por teléfono de contestan pero no hay nadie que pueda resolver la entrega o te lo niegan, envié un correo al área de ventas, sin respuesta aun, llevo un mes y medio esperando la entrega de mi pedido, recomendación no compren aquí y si lo hicieron levanten una denuncia ante el consumidor.
Very bad customer service, they do not answer your messages by whatsapp, they answer by phone but there is no one who can solve the delivery or they deny it, I sent an email to the sales area, still no response, I have been waiting for a month and a half delivery of my order, recommendation do not buy here and if you did, file a complaint with the consumer.

Terrible service we have been asking for some furniture for more than 1 month they make excuses and the very arrogant lady treats you in a terrible way in my opinion they should change the staff since I am not the only one who buys and there are no good reviews of the place we recommend a better service
