★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recuerde que para una colocación de vinil o laminado su piso debe estar plano, liso, limpio, libre de humedades y mobiliario.
Si su piso tiene detalles nosotros hacemos recomendaciones o incluso adicionales de alisado o resanes, más no aplanados o nivelados. Si su piso tiene desniveles debe tomar eso en cuenta con un albañil, presupuesto y tiempo de realización. Por favor sea conciente del estado de su piso, hay materiales "adaptables" más no productos milagro.
Estamos para brindarle la mejor atención y estando al pendiente de nuestros compañeros instaladores, más no podemos estar durante todo el proceso ya que nosotros como ejecutivos de venta, tenemos otros clientes a los cuales brindarle nuestra atención.
Sabemos que tenemos más experiencias buenas que malas es por eso que seguimos en este ramo desde hace 10 años.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, falta de profesionalismo. Al principio por vender te ofrecen maravillas pero la ignorancia en el ramo no les permite proporcionar un diagnóstico real. Aunado a eso falta el acompañamiento durante el servicio porque únicamente te venden el producto y contactan a la persona que lo instala deslindando la responsabilidad del acabado. Al contratar un servicio éste termina con la entrega total, en mi caso con el piso ya colocado; lamentablemente la señorita vino a tomar medidas y claro recibir el pago total del presupuesto, después de eso se limitó a enviar el piso y no la volví a ver. Mi resultado deja mucho que desear. Una disculpa no soluciona nada ??

When hiring a service, it ends with the total delivery, in my case with the floor already placed; Unfortunately the young lady came to take measures and of course receive the full payment of the budget, after that she limited herself to sending the apartment and I did not see her again. My result leaves much to be desired. An apology does not solve anything ??
