DESPUES DE UNOS DIAS NECESITE EL APOYO DE LA TIENDA PARA PODER ACLARAR AL BANCO SOBRE UNOS CARGOS QUE SU TERMINAL ME REALIZO COMO "COMUNIQUESE CON SU BANCO" (los que se habian marcado como error)
SOLO REQUERIA QUE EL ME FIRMARA UN DOCUMENTO DONDE EL ACLARABA QUE NO SALIO TICKET DE ESAS COMPRAS Y A PESAR DE ESTAR CONCIENTE DEL PROBLEMA NO QUIZO AYUDARME Y MI BANCO ME COBRO LA CANTIDAD DE14K PESOS.
TENGAN CUIDADO AL PAGAR CON TARJETA, PUEDEN SALIR PERDIENDO.
CUANDO SE TRATA DE DINERO ELLOS NO AYUDAN POR NINGUN MOTIVO.
ESA CANTIDAD LLEVO DEBIENDOLA POR MAS DE 4 MESE Y NO ME HA RESUELTO EL BANCO.
PAY A JEWEL WITH A CARD, AND YOUR TERMINAL MARKED ME ERROR SEVERAL TIMES.
AFTER A FEW DAYS I NEED THE SUPPORT OF THE STORE TO BE ABLE TO CLARIFY TO THE BANK ABOUT SOME CHARGES THAT ITS TERMINAL MADE ME AS "CONTACT YOUR BANK" (those that had been marked as an error)
I ONLY REQUIRED THAT HE SIGN ME A DOCUMENT WHERE HE STATED THAT THE TICKET OF THOSE PURCHASES DID NOT COME OUT AND DESPITE BEING AWARE OF THE PROBLEM HE DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME AND MY BANK CHARGED ME THE AMOUNT OF 14K PESOS.
BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING BY CARD, YOU MAY LOSE.
WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY THEY DO NOT HELP FOR ANY REASON.
I HAVE BEEN OWING THAT AMOUNT FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS AND THE BANK HAS NOT RESOLVED ME.

mal trato si las agarras de malas a las señoritas de ahí.
pero eso si a la hora de pagar muy amables y super atentos (hipócritas)
