In general, international jewelry is a well-oiled scam machine. They have a bar with good tequila and they are always happy to make you drunk. I bought hearings with diamonds(0.75ct in total, price $1900) first, and they said they will send me a certificate by email next day. This hasn’t happened and in two days with a strange feeling in my gut, I decided to return my purchase and request a refund. When I got back to their store, they said that they do not do refunds but can make an exchange. Ok, I have chosen the ring with diamond (0.6ct, Color-G or H, clarity-SI1, price $2200), so I paid extra $300. The Diamond looked really good... They asked to wait a couple of minutes while they preparing everything and at this time they asked to pay extra. While I was at checkout the guy in the blue shirt has returned with the ring saying that he washed it in ultrasonic bath and showed me the ring once again in hands lowered as much as possible....The stone played many colors and shined nice. After that they packed it and asked to wait for 10 minutes while they preparing certificate.... finally it was ready and they bring it to me. My wife and I left the store. When we came home, of course, we were excited to have a look on the diamond again. She wore it on her finger and at this moment I noticed the black point inside the stone(inclusion). I was shocked, really, they deceived me twice. I took a closer look on the ring and found that a couple of paws that hold the stone are floating and do not fix it. Inside the stone was a really big inclusion of something black, carbon or whatever... We were upset... and the thing is not the money, the thing is in moment... Probably, that fact that they deceived the guy who was chilling and thinking about nothing on his rare vocations and his $2200 will make them happy. Let it be so :) For me that’s not to much, but again, the moment in my life, when we are waiting for a baby was little bit poisoned... How they did this?
