★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, me atendio un ejecutivo que al parecer tenia muy poca capacidad, el flujo de informacion es deficiente tardan dias en contestar los correos, también trabaje con ellos el flete terrestre y fue toda una pesadilla, no se coordinan entre sus areas para que se agilice la operación. En resumen mala experiencia debido a su poca coordinacion y falta de atencion y comunicacion entre ellos mismos.
Very bad experience, I was attended by an executive who apparently had very little capacity, the flow of information is poor, they take days to answer the emails, I also worked with them on land freight and it was a nightmare, they do not coordinate between their areas so that speed up the operation. In summary bad experience due to their poor coordination and lack of attention and communication between themselves.
