The owner is very profesional, accountable, the whole service was very safe, the driver was respectful and drove with precaution. I’m very please that I found this company, my priority was safety regarding delinquency and driving style. This company did delivered that, also it was on time to pick up all the time and the cars are new and or in excellent conditions. The only thing I was unhappy about, is the fact that the driver did not know well about the tourist areas, he did not gave me real expectations of timing, in fact he didn’t know how bad the traffic could get and that we would not be able to do all the tourist attraction as schedule. We ended not walking on Chapultepec castle because we were trying to go to xochimilco, at the end we drove 1 1/2 to xochilmilco just to be there for 5 minutes and having to come back due to a dinner reservation we had which we ran 10 minutes late because the way back was another 1 1\2. I wished our driver had has more knowledge regarding the route and realistic timing. I would hired them again because it was safe, reliable, nice units and very profesional dealing with the owner. I will recommend them too. For next time, I would do my own research for areas to visits and timing and possibly ask for a different driver. I hired this company for airport pick up, drop off and a day city tour. The second driver I had for airport drop off was great too and I had a feeling that he was more knowledgeable regarding the city.

My wife and I are from the United States. We have come here with our baby. We have six large suitcases. Using a taxi is not good for so many suitcases because it meant repeating trips back and fourth. I decided to contact this company and I am extremely pleased. They provided a large van that was extremely clean. They communicated quickly and clearly. We needed transport to move into a different airbnb. The driver was extremely professional and friendly. He arrived exactly on time and took us to our new airbnb. He drove very smoothly so our baby didn't wake up. I am very impressed and do recommend this company as they are excellent. When we travel back to the airport I plan on calling this company only as they are perfect.

I booked private group transportation with Intransca from the airport to our Airbnb in Mexico City. It was coordinated over WhatsApp and the entire experience was positive and smooth. Clear communication, affordable pricing. Our group even experienced unexpected delays at the airport and our driver Edgar was patient and waited for us all without complaint. Helps to speak with them in Spanish via WhatsApp and in person but using Google translate should be just as fine. Highly recommend and would work with them the next time I’m in Mexico City. Patient business owner especially for last minute service. Professional driver. Ran into a slight hiccup because the pickup point was blocked off so it took a little longer to get where we needed but not the drivers fault. Would recommend and use the service again if needed while in CDMX
