We reserved directly with the manager Fermin weeks ago. This morning turned away since the lot is full. So, everyone expecting to park at iPark Aeropuerto Cancún this weekend should go somewhere else. The person at the lot was very rude and basically told us to go away and get lost. The same person is the only one answering the phone for the business.
Poor, poor service to provide on a busy holiday period and now we won’t return on quieter periods. We’ll tell all our friends and family in Quintana Roo to not use iPark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a cool parking place right by the airport. A short drive to the airport is done with the own shuttles, pick up can also be arranged. Have been here a few times and also my friends, we all are happy and the service is very good, parking is secured. Perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived there and the cashier was pretty rude. We finally left as we had to wait more than 30 min to get the bus! I guess it is a good option if you go to the airport 4/5h before your flight take off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good safe covered parking close to the airport. The shuttles run frequently and will come quickly when you call. Very reasonable pricing considering the service. You can also arrange to have your car washed before you return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place to leave your car for a few days, they will take you to the airport and once you are back you just call them and they will go and pick you up, it's cheaper than leaving the car in the parking lot at the airport
