★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de tomar mi dinero me salieron con todos pretextos para no empezar con el trámite del certificado. Me dejaron esperar 5 meses.
Soy extranjera y sabían desde principio mis documentos, solo querían el dinero, cuál si no me lo regresan iré a denunciarlos. No me pagaron todo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sigo en espera de mi certificado, ya van 5 meses y nada, cuando pregunto para ver el status de mi certificado la persona que me contesta super grosera y solo me reenvía un mensaje diciendo que ellos me avisan cuando llegue,... y le comente que ya van 5 meses y dice que estan dentro del tiempo establecido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué $5000, para trámite del certificado y solo por haber hecho el pago por medio de transferencia en lugar de ir y hacer el pago en caja, me dicen que tengo que esperar 30 días para que me validen, si aceptan o no el pago, de no aceptarlo, me dicen que no hacen devolución del dinero, siendo que es el mismo número de cuenta donde estuve haciéndoles transferencias, cada semana para el pago del curso. Según tienen sus políticas y como yo no leí bien lo del pago en caja, tengo que esperar a que me digan si lo aceptan o no. Se me hace absurdo porque la trasferencia terminó en la misma cuenta donde estuve pagando el curso durante dos meses y como no fuí a pagar en caja los $5000, tengo que esperar una respuesta de si o no lo validarán pero no hay devolución si no lo aceptan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dieron una fecha aproximada de entrega del certificado, que ya pasó, y ya llevo 6 meses esperando y solo me dicen que espere más y más, a que estamos jugando? Actualización, me tardo 7 meses en llegar pero feliz cuando llego, todo legal y en cuanto me llego y revise su validez ingrese a la uní, en la cual ya llevo alrededor de 10 meses, tardaron más de lo esperado pero valió la pena la espera, gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hijo sigue en espera. A más de 10 meses aun no le entregan su certificado, y salieron con que se les perdió. Y que ahora debe de pagar de nuevo por el certificado. No contestan teléfono, ? es lamentable que se aprovechen de los jóvenes. Deberían de dar la cara y proporcionar números telefónicos o decirnos a donde debe uno dirigirse para que nos den solución.
