★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, aunque por temas de covid hay que esperar afuera unos minutos para pasar, ya que el aforo es de unos 3 compradores máximo, las personas que atienden saben mucho de los productos y te asesoran muy bien, venden tanto equipos, repuestos, así como el tabaco.

Tiempos de respuesta largos y malos.
En general creo que deberían de cambiar las sucursales a Kidzania y practicar ahí.
Es realmente de llamar la atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no manejan el mismo servicio al cliente a cuando los conocí hace 2 años... ya saben como darle la vuelta al cliente y hacer que compres más en lugar de solucionar. Termine comprando un segundo aparato ya que me dijeron que ya ya iba a funcionar después de la actualización" lo cual no sucedió y era claro que no se iba a reparar. Ahora tengo uno nuevo y otro que no me quisieron dar garantía que sigue mal funcionando. Que pena. Antes lo recomendaba muchísimo.
They no longer handle the same customer service as when I met them 2 years ago ... they already know how to turn the customer around and make you buy more instead of fixing. I ended up buying a second device since they told me that it would already work after the update "which did not happen and it was clear that it was not going to be repaired. Now I have a new one and another that they did not want to give me a guarantee that it still works badly. What a shame I used to recommend it a lot.
