Later, immediately after the last check-up by the Internist and about to be taken to the ISSSTE "I. Zaragoza" Hospital due to the same rejection at the "Guadalupe Victoria" Hospital in Texcoco, my father died of the aforementioned pleural effusion that caused a heart attack at myocardium For this reason, I request the immediate removal and dismissal of the corresponding director and head of the emergency department of the ISEM "Guadalupe Victoria" Hospital in Texcoco (INSABI), because thanks to their indifference, lack of medical attention, corruption and lack of scruples, my father died the day March 2, 2022 at approximately 4:00 pm and I would not want this type of action or situation to happen to future people who require immediate urgent medical attention.

For someone who does not have a medical service, it is fine, the staff is friendly, they make an effort to give you the appropriate attention and information, it is a small hospital, they give you medical attention, but most of the medications and supplies are at your own expense. is that if you are not a beneficiary of the ISSSTE or the IMSS, they do not charge you hospitalization expenses. They only let one visitor in per time, so I suggest that they have a lot of communication and come to a good agreement because that can hinder their procedures.
