★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comenzar quiero comentar que la gente que trabaja ahí es prepotente y arrogante, parece que los contratan con esas cualidades como prioridad, sienten como si fueran los dueños de la tienda y no pasan de simples empleados. Al entrar a la tienda nadie hace el más mínimo esfuerzo por entablar una conversación contigo, aunque estes mirando los equipos nadie hace si quiera el mínimo esfuerzo por venderte algo, prácticamente tienes que rogar por atención lo cual cabe destacar que es su trabajo, ya ni los trabajadores de un I shop de Polanco son tan arrogantes como los de esta tienda. Hoy por la tarde me disponía a comprar un nuevo iPhone y la atención de la señorita que nos atendió fue precaria e indiferente como si le estuviésemos pidiendo algo regalado, es por ello que decidí no comprarlo, creen que por qué es Ecatepec nadie va a poder comprar sus productos, pero en fin, no tienen idea de que también aquí hay posibilidades.
Yo creo que ellos están esperando a que la tienda cierre por no cumplir con las expectativas de venta por parte de la empresa y así poder ser cambiados, espero contraten a personas más atentas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es muy mala la atención del personal de la tienda ishop, me vendieron un equipo que desde el primer momento presento fallas y al día siguiente solo me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer un cambio fisico y que marcara directamente a Apple, no se vale porque uno va a comprar un equipo funcional, no problemas, y el gerente también se lavo las manos diciendo que no podían hacer un cambio físico de equipo hasta que le llamara directamente a Apple, afortunadamente sabemos hacer esos trámites pero hay personas que no lo saben y se quedan solo a lo que los dice el personal que no está calificado para hacer estás ventas, muy mal, realmente estoy muy molesta
