S	Sean Glowa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good burger! We are from Chicago and there are some burgers that are not this good! Just be aware that there is extra roof top seating. We did not notice that and sat by the bar which was quite small. The waiter let us know that we could change the music or lower the volume if we wanted. That was a nice touch. Great time. You can really tell the burgers are premium steak meat. They were cooked great too, I believe they were char broiled. Also be aware that there are two more burgers that are not on the menu. You can also substitute chips for either regular fries, or truffle fries. Highly recommend.

Being from NYC we have a lot of great burgers and a fairly high standard for food and this place matched up well. Burger was as good as advertised. Had both the classic and the vegan and both were amazing. Humberto knew a lot about the local spots and culture as well New York which was a nice surprise. Would come back for the food of course but definitely for the people! Must visit when you’re on the island.

I got the isla classic and added bacon and cheese. My husband got the BBQ burger and we both agreed that we will be coming back to Isla just to eat here again. The Burgers come with chips, but they are fresh, crispy and keep it light cause the Burgers are filling!

We enjoyed the food so much we ate dinner here 2 nights in a row during our stay. The flavor profile on each burger is delicious. Every single item you put in your mouth is made in house from the buns to the patties to the accompaniments. The guacamole is fantastic. Save room for dessert and try the bread pudding with rum sauce! The staff are amazing and friendly.

The owner Gus is passionate about the menu creations and your experience as a guest. We had 6 people with our group and stopped in one evening for some delicious margaritas! After talking to Gus and hearing the story of his vision and passion for a true culinary experience we made a promise to come back the next day to try out the menu for lunch. It did not disappoint! We started with guac and homemade chips, YUM, then each ordered a different burger with chips or truffle fries YUM, more margaritas YUM and then a surprise desert of bread pudding YUM! The food, the people and the drinks are on point! We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely go back next time we’re in Isla!

Isla Burger prides themselves on their Homemade foods and rightfully so. Our server Pedro/Peter was great. The guacamole dip and Homemade chips were great. Got to meet Gustavo the owner also. Great friendly guy who is clearly passionate about providing the highest quality food and experience. Highly recommend.
