Dean is incredible to work with! He is honest, knows the island, and tells you the truth about what is a sound investment and what you might want to avoid. When I first came to the island, I could not find what I wanted. It took a year, but Dean found me the exact condo that was perfect for my family. It even had a lawn for my young daughter to play on. He helped me negotiate a financial package with the seller that worked perfectly for my budget goals. Once I finished paying off my purchase, Dean acted as my Power of Attorney during the closing/deed process which was a little complicated working from the United States, but Dean made it super easy. You will not find a better person to help you buy something in Isla Mujeres. His attorneys are marvelous, he is efficient with the whole process, and he always gets right back to you on emails. A great person, generous with both his time and his knowledge, I wish google had more stars for me to give Dean!!!!
