★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! A real rip-off for what you get in return. A couple with 2,000 pesos ( the cost of the trip for 2) can do much more than what Islander will offer you! There is NO breakfast as advertised and the open bar is just jugs of watery cocktails and some big bottles of sodas poured in plastic cups. The food is poor and served as if you were at your school canteen! I can’t describe how frustrating this whole thing was! I decided to leave and did not go back with them and took the public ferry! You get to Isla Mujerea at around 12 and they get you to leave the beach at 3:30! Also, the beach is just at the beginning of Playa Norte, if you really want to see the beach walk towards the Reef hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, there was no parking provided. It took us an hour to find somewhere to park. In addition to the parking problem, we decided to rent one of their golf carts on the island and half way through our drive the brake went out. They didn’t offer to refund anything and didn’t bother to make anything right. There are plenty of other services in the area you can look into with far better ratings.
