★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, los guías sólo están interesados en vender. Durante el viaje en barco hasta la isla solo escuchas oferta de servicios y casi que quieren obligarte a comprar.
Las bebidas y alimentos ofertados en el paquete todo incluido son de baja calidad; cerveza pasada de agua, panadería vieja y de mal sabor; el almuerzo tipo "buffet" se destaca por lo barato, mal presentado, baja calidad de insumos y atención poco profesional.
Una lástima haber perdido el día en Isla Mujeres... No se lo recomiendo a nadie!
 The service is terrible, the guides are only interested in selling. During the boat trip to the island you only hear the offer of services and they almost want to force you to buy.
The drinks and food offered in the all-inclusive package are of low quality; stale beer, old and bad-tasting bakery; the "buffet" lunch stands out for its cheapness, poorly presented, low quality supplies and unprofessional attention.
A pity to have lost the day in Isla Mujeres ... I do not recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanto, la playa es hermosa, el ambiente que se respira es increible, al iniciar el tour en el hotel no iba con las expectativas nada altas y ahora creo que fue la mejor invención porque te la pasas increible ademas el mar no tiene nada de sargazo y los chicos son muy serviciales.
I love it, the beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredible, when starting the tour at the hotel I did not go with high expectations and now I think it was the best invention because you have an incredible time, the sea has nothing Sargasso and the guys are very helpful.
