★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el área de hospitalización no existe el menor respeto al descanso del paciente. El personal grita en los pasillos, hablan fuerte, cuando instalan a alguien lo hacen como si los otros enfermos no existieran pues hacen todo el ruido posible, entran a los cuartos prendiendo todas las luces sin razón, las dejan prendidas, algunas enfermeras regañan no piden, preguntan o solicitan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamas atienden las llamadas para sacar citas medicas (siendo esta la unica manera de hacerlo), pesimo servicio, cuando se escucha que contestan el telefono lo dejan a uno hablando solo para no hacer la cita , los servicios de prestamos pues nomas no hay nada porque hasta abril abriran las llamadas porque segun no tienen personal para esa area..... todo mal las farmacias simi y del ahorrro atienden mejor y si tiennen medicamento ...servicio y atencion medica de estiercol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a urgencias por qué como siempre nunca contestan en la clínica que nos corresponde y les enseñé mi prueba de COVID que salió positivo y dicen que ahí no tienen incapacidad y no me atendieron como debe de ser una doctora que está atendiendo en urgencias bien desgraciado me dijo que ahí no me puede dar incapacidad que tengo que ir a mi clínica pero ahí tampoco me contestan las llamadas entonces así con COVID tengo que trabajar creo que el issemym lo estoy pagando no me lo están dando de gratis pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Megustaria que atendieran las llamadas para sacar citas llevo una semana sacando cita vía telefónica mi mamá necesita un medicamento q cuesta muy caro por fuera y si le descuentan cada quincena para tener seguro mínimo q sirva para surtir su medicamento ojalá las autoridades correspondientes pongan cartas en el asunto y arreglen pronto los conflictos q hay para q brinden un mejor servicio por q no son en todas las unidades así ,en ecatepec no hay medicamento ni lo necesario tienen como paracetamol o jarabe para la tos y en nezahualcoyotl no a tienden el teléfono para agenda cita
