Ya no dan citas, hay que formarse desde las 5, si requieres del sanitario tienes que esperas a las 7:30 o más para pasar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato a los pacientes . El personal cobra su salario puntualmente pero tratan a la gente como si fueran gente callejera . Los médicos solo quieren dar un número reducido de citas al día para no esforzarse de más
Terrible treatment of patients. Staff are paid on time but treat people like street people. Doctors only want to keep a small number of appointments per day so they don't try too hard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato es horrible, desde la persona de seguridad que está en la puerta hasta los trabajadores de adentro.
Además el tiempo de espera es muy alto.
Si llegas a formarte a las 5a.m. ya hay personas y tienes que esperar hasta las 7:00 am a que comiencen a dar las fichas para que te pasen que consulta hasta las 9:00 am
The treatment is horrible, from the security person at the door to the workers inside.
Also, the waiting time is very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente es muy malo el servicio, hay q llegar antes d las 4:30 a formarse para alcanzar cita. Abren después d las 7:00 y conforme va pasando uno l dan una ficha, xq no dan las fichas desde el principio y asi no estamos formados y no se junta la gente. Supuestamente el Gobierno no quiere q se junte la gente y entonces xq tampoco se puede hacer cita x teléfono ni x Internet.
The service is definitely very bad, you have to arrive before 4:30 to get in line to make an appointment. They open after 7:00 and as one goes by they give a token, because they do not give the tokens from the beginning and so we are not formed and people do not get together. Supposedly the Government does not want people to get together and then because it is not possible to make an appointment by phone or by Internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para vigencia de derechos: Horario de atención de 9am a 2 pm. Para sacar su carnet (qué se los solicitan para que agendar órdenes de laboratorio) deben de traer una fotografía infantil reciente y último talón de pago.
Para agendar cita de laboratorio. Horario de 8am a 1:30pm
Para agendar cita de Rayos X y Ultrasonido a veces empieza hasta las 8, porque como la fila se junta con los de laboratorio te hacen esperar.
For validity of rights: Office hours from 9 am to 2 pm. To get your card (what is requested to schedule laboratory orders) you must bring a recent child photograph and last pay stub.
To schedule a laboratory appointment. Hours from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
To schedule an appointment for X-Rays and Ultrasound, sometimes it starts until 8, because as the line joins the lab people they make you wait.
