(skin cancer) ... greetings ...

Pity, regrettable and deplorable care in the emergency room of this hospital. We arrived around 10:00 at night is 4:30 in the morning and we are still waiting for the results of the laboratory, they are more than 5 hours and still do not serve my mother .... like 8 more people which are sitting, with their discomfort, alone and channeled. A Doctor of Name Genoveba Quiñones quite rude, says she can not do anything that is alone and that has many patients. The nurse informs me that there is only one person in the laboratory, it is inhuman that the emergency department of such a large hospital, in which people from all over the republic come and does not have the resources and the sufficient personnel, to attend the needs of the village!

I recently attended due to illness at 11 pm, there were many people who were looking after their sick relatives in the covered chairs outside and I had to observe that the social worker came out and offered them a module to charge their phones, blankets to cover themselves of cold, coffee, tea and bread to load something, and it was made available to all who needed it. Which I found very human and pleasant. They attended to me very quickly. The doctor was kind, but he diagnosed me by the symptoms that I told him I had and did not check me; but he did give me medicine. I went the next day again because the pain persisted and they gave me a direct pass to the specialty, due to the diagnosis that the doctor had already made me at night. He was the one who told me that if the pain continued, he should send me to the specialty because at that time I no longer know he was available. They were always very friendly and respectful; and very fast service.

The treatment of the receptionists is terrible, it does not seem like an emergency area! Talking and laughing and one at the window waiting and watching them get rid of what they "are doing" if you ask again they speak to you in a loud and annoying tone. So many people wanting to work and with the pleasure of attention and put these??? ?? What a disappointment to hear them make fun of patients who, in their desperation, prefer to leave because they are not treated! Once they finally gave us a record, it took almost an hour to pass and once within 35 minutes to see a doctor and from there 30 minutes to receive medical attention, my patient was almost passed out from so much pain. oh! There is no wheelchair and only 3 stretchers and a little sweep and cleaning of liquids will not hurt, there is vomiting blood on the floor and I do not see anyone cleaning during the day
