★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias a los comentarios de algunas personas en las oficinas que se encontraban en Centeno fue que supe que ahora se encontraban en esta dirección las oficinas del ISSSTE para el trámite de préstamos. Así que muy mal por quien no actualiza la información en los documentos del sorteo.
Una vez que salgan como ganadores en el sorteo y tengan la hoja donde dice que su préstamo se encuentra pre autorizado esperen cinco días hábiles para acudir a terminar el trámite.
Te atienden de acuerdo a la primera letra de tu apellido. En Internet dice que saques cita pero jamás contestan el teléfono y en la puerta principal tampoco están pegados carteles donde avisen que se atiende por calendario.
Por favor asegúrense de llevar la siguiente documentación:
*Hoja donde dice que tu préstamo se encuentra pre autorizado.
*Copia del último recibo de pago
*Copia de identificación oficial vigente
*Copia de comprobante de domicilio reciente
*Estado de cuenta bancario a nombre del trabajador que solicita el préstamo, debe ser reciente y donde se vea la Clabe Interbancaria (es importante que solo sea la caratula del estado de cuenta y que la parte de atrás se encuentre totalmente en blanco). También es importante que dicha cuenta bancaria no tenga límite de depósitos.
* Validación del INE o de su Cédula profesional (dependiendo que identificación lleven y debe ser del mismo día que hacen su trámite así que ahí afuera hay personas que te venden dicha validación)
Deben acudir muy temprano porque reparten fichas y pues la gente se forma desde muy temprano (tipo 4 am). También hay personas que te venden los lugares hasta enfrente si es que no quieres o no puedes llegar temprano pero si vas a comprar el lugar de la fila asegúrense de ir en el día que les toque y que lleven la documentación completa, de otra forma será en vano que hayan pagado.
Dentro de las oficinas atienden de manera super eficiente y respetuosa, explican detalladamente lo que debemos llenar para continuar el trámite, lo tardado es porque hay personas que no ponen atención y se la pasan preguntando de nuevo lo que ya explicaron.
Lleven tinta azul o negra y por favor ESCUCHEN INDICACIONES Y LEAN, eso nos ayuda a todos a que salgamos pronto. El personal es super paciente y atentos pero como ciudadanos responsables debemos de poner de nuestra parte.
Thanks to the comments of some people in the offices that were in Centeno, I learned that the ISSSTE offices for loan processing were now at this address. So too bad for anyone who doesn't update the information in the draw documents.

* Validation of the INE or their professional ID (depending on the identification they carry and it must be the same day they do their procedure, so there are people out there who sell you said validation)
They must go very early because they distribute tokens and because people line up very early (type 4 am). There are also people who sell you places right in front of you if you don't want to or can't get there early, but if you're going to buy a place in line, make sure you go on the day you're assigned and bring all the documentation, otherwise it will be in vain they have paid.
Inside the offices they attend in a super efficient and respectful way, they explain in detail what we must fill out to continue the process, the delay is because there are people who do not pay attention and keep asking again what they have already explained.
Wear blue or black ink and please LISTEN TO DIRECTIONS AND READ, that helps us all to get out soon. The staff is super patient and attentive but as responsible citizens we must do our part.
