El número telefónico no lo contestan y la atención y trato que brindan algunos empleados, como en vigencia de derechos y archivo, no es congruente con el tipo de asistencia que se debe otorgar, pues carecen de actitud de servicio. Importante es que consideren que están percibiendo un sueldo por el trabajo que realizan y no es ningún favor al usuario, quien merece un trato cortés y empático. Terrible service and attention. The telephone number is not answered and the attention and treatment provided by some employees, such as in force of rights and file, is not congruent with the type of assistance that must be granted, since they lack a service attitude. Important is that they consider that they are receiving a salary for the work they do and it is not a favor to the user, who deserves a courteous and empathetic treatment.
e	eugenia ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que mal esta el servicio, específicamente archivo ya que solo hay una sola persona para agendar citas, dar resultados de laboratorio, dar ficha para consulta y es demasiado lento. Sugerencia deberian los servicios agendar sus citas. Por ejemplo nutricion, antes lo hacían no se porque cambio. Ojala el director y encargados hagan algo para mejorar los servicios. (Tengo aqui ya 30 minutos esperando me agende cita que si en el servicio me lo hubieran dado desde a que hrs ya me hubiera ido.) Hay una fila exclusiva para eso y mucha gente abusiva justifica que va a análisis clínicos y no se les pide su orden para verificarlo, se pasan y esa gente se forma para sacar ficha para cita, lugar que le quitan a quienes correctamente espera en fila. Y nadie del personal toma en cuenta eso. Dentro de lo que cabe, el servicio en lo personal, muy bien. Los doctores y enfermeras muy atentas. El personal administrativo muy tolerante con los pacientes que los maltratan o les gritan, según cada caso. Mis respetos para todas ellas. Porque reconociendo siempre hay personas groseras poco tolerantes y no les importa ofender aunque no tengan la razón. There is very poor organization when going to get chips. There is an exclusive line for that and many abusive people justify that they go to clinical tests and they are not asked for their order to verify it, they pass by and those people line up to get an appointment card, a place that they take away from those who correctly wait in line. And none of the staff take that into account. As far as it goes, the personal service is very good. Very attentive doctors and nurses. The administrative staff is very tolerant of patients who mistreat them or yell at them, depending on each case. My respects to all of them. Because acknowledging there are always rude people with little tolerance and they don't mind offending even if they are not right.
