★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, fui a comprar una refacción se supone que original y cuando voy por ella me iban a entregar una genérica y el técnico muy grosero, le dije que yo quería la original el que esta en la pagina web que por cierto están en 375 y ellos me querían cobrar 400, deje 200 pesos por adelantado y no me los quería regresar por que le dije que yo no me llevaría esa pieza, al final le dije que me pidiera la pieza de la pagina web de ITALIKA y cuando llegaría, y el muy grosero saco mis 200 pesos de su cartera y me los aventó, me dijo que el no me encargaría nada, pésimo trato, no lleven su moto ahí por que también es taller.

Marcaron que ya estaba mi moto, llego y me dicen que no quedo, que como yo había dicho solo la revisaron, y para colmo me cobraron por algo que era obvio que no tenía solución, lo digo por qué después lleve la moto a otro taller y me dijeron que no se reparaba la pieza que tenía que ser cambio, no lo recomiendo, repito no lo recomiendo, ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una vez lleve mi moto nueva a checar los puntos de seguridad y dar de alta la garantía y checar los servicios cuando le tocaban y eso, ya tiene unos meses y PS resulta que me estaban cobrando el primer servicio mi moto con 100 km disque le hicieron el servicio y me daban una bujía toda vieja de Hecho ahí la tengo todavia solo la lleve a revisión PS le hicieron el servicio claro nunca les pague nada y saqué mi moto no recomiendo nada esa ubicación
