Fuimos a llevar mi moto para su servicio de los 3mil kilómetros y solo le cambiaron el aceite no le cambiaron el filtro se le dijo de un problema que traía la moto y les valió vrg uno los lleva ahi por la garantía que trae la moto parece que nos hacen un favor y ni madres uno va por qué ahuevo tienes que ir xq te lo dicen en el momento de la compra que fue al Chaz Chaz por qué si haces tu servicio por otro lado ya valió madres tu garantía...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no explican que le hacen, solo el cambio de aceite, se supone que mi motoneta le iban a arreglar porque rechinaba y me dijeron que era normal para esas motos además que me cobraron por el servicio y solo la tuvieron como 5 minutos adentro v:<

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor atención y el peor servicio, el Sabado lleve mi moto para que se le realizara el servicio, y la de ventanilla una Srta de lentes, se negó a recibir mi Moto (VORTEX 300R) y su argumento fue:
" Es que tú moto es muy delicada y con cualquier cosita se raya".
Le pedí que me proporcionará entonces, la dirección o número de otro CESIT, dónde si trabajarán y su respuesta fue:
" Pues búscalo en Google"
Demostrando que ahí no tienen el cuidado profesional de cuidar las motos de los clientes, y que solo están ahí por tener trabajo y un salario y no por tener una pasión por lo que hacen.
Y de igual manera ya realice mi reporte directamente en Italika para que tomen las medidas necesarias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi moto a su primer servicio para no perder la garantía y al principio pensé que había quedado bien pero al día siguiente tuve problemas con la pila y cuando la revise estaba súper floja y ya se había derretido parte del plástico, sin mencionar otras tuercas que dejaron flojas.
No digo que hayan dejado peor la moto pero creo que no hacen su trabajo bien para que regreses pronto.
