★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, lleve mi moto por un accidente por culpa de un tercero y quedó desecha de la parte de enfrente, y me dijeron que quedaría como responsable quien iba a pagar el servicio por lo tanto quedó a nombre de la otra persona, se quedó una semana completa y jamás me dieron razón de precios y cotización para su reparación por que según no podian darle la información a cualquiera, solo a la persona que quedó como responsable, ya después me enteré que mi moto ya no estaba en el taller por qué la otra persona se la llevó y ni siquiera los de Italika me avisaron aún teniendo mis datos y sabiendo que yo soy el dueño, muy mal realmente en sus políticas deben de tener cuidado en eso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo , no entregan las piezas en tiempo y forma y solo te hacen dar vueltas , las personas que atienden no tienen conocimiento de las piezas , me vendieron piezas q no eran y se tardaron mes y días para traerme una pieza que según llegaba en 15 días no lo recomiendo para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo visité para hacer el servicio de una motocicleta, y la atención fue buena, le revisan los puntos de seguridad a la moto y le hacen lo que requiere en ese momento. Lo que no me gustó del servicio es que si la moto tiene algún ruido raro no se lo revisan o no se lo detectan. La entregan en máximo dos horas, eso es bueno. Es difícil conseguir refacciones de motos, solo bajo pedido, por lo que es más conveniente pedirlas en línea y recogerlas aquí.
