★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se me hace justo, que les compres accesorios y te cobren la instalación, y deberían de dejar que los clientes observarán la reparación y darles una explicación rápida de lo que están haciendo a su moto.
It is not fair to me, that you buy accessories and they charge you for the installation, and they should let the customers observe the repair and give them a quick explanation of what they are doing to their motorcycle.

Jamás había escuchado que en el servicio a una motocicleta le lubricaran la cadena sin lavarla ni ajustarla, que no ajustarán los chicotes de acelerador y freno y que básicamente su servicio solo sea cambiarle el aceite y la bujía y ya, es todo lo que hacen. Además de que se tardan mucho en atenderte, su personal te pone caras y no hacen lo que prometen a la hora de que les pagas.
Terrible service! I had never heard that in the service of a motorcycle they lubricate the chain without washing or adjusting it, that they will not adjust the accelerator and brake cables and that basically their service is only changing the oil and the spark plug and that's all they do. In addition to the fact that they take a long time to serve you, their staff makes faces at you and they do not do what they promise when you pay them.
