★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me agrado la marca en general, segun el primer servicio de mi moto nueva era gratis y me lo cobraron ademas de caro nisiquiera hicieron lavado de la moto, cosa que con otras marcas siempre lo hacen.
I did not like the brand in general, according to the first service of my new bike it was free and I was charged not only expensive but did not wash the bike, which with other brands always do.

En general bien... pero siempre hay en que mejorar..
Como casi en la mayoria de negocios...hacen alteración de precios ...depende quien te atienda los precios varían...de 5 a 10 pesos..en costos bajos... gastos mayor a 100... le va cambiando segun te vean o segun lo que creen que puedan sacarle al cliente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. El muchacho que atiende es muy grosero y déspota, la muchacha que le ayuda si es amable pero él no. Los mecánicos son muy malitos. En lo personal, llevé mi Italika ahí durante los 18 meses obligatorios y "por casualidad" comenzó a fallar cuando terminó mi garantía y cada que iba a que me arreglaran la falla, le salía otra. Así estuve 5 meses hasta que me harté y mejor llamé a Italika México y ellos me enviaron a la Italika de Colón y me lo arreglaron en menos de una semana. De verdad no vayan ahí, a mí me lo habían dicho y no hice caso. Nada recomendable, sólo van a tirar su dinero.
Terrible service. The boy who attends is very rude and despotic, the girl who helps him is kind but he is not. The mechanics are very bad. Personally, I took my Italika there for the mandatory 18 months and "by chance" it started to fail when my warranty expired and every time I went to have the fault fixed, another one would come out. I was like that for 5 months until I got fed up and I better called Italika Mexico and they sent me to Italika de Colón and they fixed it for me in less than a week. Really don't go there, they had told me and I didn't pay attention. Nothing recommended, they will only waste your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general pésimo servicio: Las refacciones son más costosas que en cualquier otro lado, no cumplen con su palabra y el que aparenta ser el encargado tiene una actitud prepotente y grosera. Lo único rescatable es que uno de los mecánicos de ahí es más atento y habla aparentemente con honestidad.
In general lousy service: The parts are more expensive than anywhere else, they do not keep their word and the one who appears to be the manager has a arrogant and rude attitude. The only redeemable thing is that one of the mechanics over there is more attentive and apparently speaks honestly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio te dicen que tu moto tiene una pieza dañada te hacen comprar la pieza en otro lugar por que ellos nunca tienen nada! Ya que por encargo llega dentro de 1 mes aprox y no te aseguran nada.. compras las pieza cara,te la checan despues que ellos quieren como aprox 25 dias por fin que la estan revisando te dicen que la pieza que comparaste no estaba dañada ? ya te gastaste tus mas de 1000 pesos no te dan garantia de nada pesimo muy pesimo servicio
Bad service they tell you that your motorcycle has a damaged part they make you buy the part elsewhere because they never have anything! Since by order it arrives within 1 month approx and they don't assure you anything... you buy the expensive piece, they check it after they want about 25 days, finally they are checking it, they tell you that the piece you compared was not damaged ? you already spent your more than 1000 pesos they do not give you a guarantee of anything terrible very terrible service
