★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi moto es nueva, tiene 600 km. La lleve su servicio de los 500 km y me la regresaron mal de la caja de cambios, la lleve de nuevo por garantía de servicio y la dejaron igual. Le suenan las punterías, les dije tres veces y no me hicieron caso. En vez de lidiar con gente así decidí llevarla con una mecánico de verdad. Sospecho que sea cierto el rumor tan sonado de que en esos centros les quitan piezas nuevas a las motos para reemplazarlas con piezas usadas, si no, no me explico como les deje la moto haciendo los cambios suaves y me la regresaron MAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio gente prepotente y que no se preocupa por las necesidades. El servicio telefónico nefasto no saben que tienen en existencia, si lo que quieren es perder el tiempo este es el lugar indicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a este centro de servicio Italika el 23 de Marzo a llevar mi moto ya que se había safado la cadena. Además de una vez le hice el servicio aunque le faltaba 800 kilómetros según lo estipulado por el libro. Aparentemente todo está bien, regresé a mi casa y no moví la moto hasta el día de hoy. Recorrí 2 kilómetros y se safo de nuevo, pero está vez se salió toda la cadena. No es posible que vaya y pague por un servicio que se supone le están haciendo y no lo hagan. Si no fuera porque no iba rápido y no se amarró hubiera provocado un accidente fatal. Italika debería ser más profesional en el servicio que brinda.
I went to this Italika service center on March 23 to take my motorcycle since the chain had come loose. In addition to once I did the service even though it lacked 800 kilometers as stipulated by the book. Apparently everything is fine, I went back home and did not move the bike until today. I ran 2 kilometers and it leaked again, but this time the whole chain came off. It is not possible for you to go and pay for a service that they are supposed to be doing and they don't. If it weren't for the fact that it wasn't going fast and it didn't tie up, it would have caused a fatal accident. Italika should be more professional in the service it provides.

Sí, le hicieron el servicio, pero además me la regresaron con detalles que no tenía, como ejemplo la luz de freno ya no encendía y el manubrio estaba mal acomodado, y también rompieron mi espejo lateral derecho, ellos me dijeron que ya no entraba en garantía por los kilómetros pero yo llevé mi moto bien y me la regresaron así.
Mal servicio, no se los recomiendo.
