★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente de allí no soluciona los problemas, no tienen interés ni respeto por el cliente, son demasiado groseros. Todo lo quiere solucionar por whatsapp, nunca llaman por teléfono para dar seguimiento al servicio de la moto y dicen que si lo hacen, cada que voy hay gente nueva, los mecánicos se ven muy inexpertos, sucios y atareados, no revisan ni cambian el aceite de transmisión, y para hacer valida una garantía hay que rogarles para que hagan el favor de atenderte. Pésimo servicio y carísimo.
The people there do not solve problems, they have no interest or respect for the customer, they are too rude. He wants to solve everything by whatsapp, they never call by phone to follow up on the motorcycle service and they say that if they do, every time I go there are new people, the mechanics look very inexperienced, dirty and busy, they do not check or change the oil transmission, and to validate a guarantee you have to ask them to do the favor of helping you. Terrible service and very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asco de servicio!! Si dejas tu moto te cambian las piezas, para q regreses pronto con otra compostura!! Si compras refacciones, dicen no tenerlas y dejas dinero para garantizar la compra y nunca llegan!!! y vez salir motos del mismo modelo con el servicio completo?.... y entonces!! si no hay refacciones como le hicieron el Servicio??!!?¡¡??
Service sucks !! If you leave your bike you change parts for q back soon with another composure !! Buyer parts, have them say no and leave money to guarantee the purchase and never come !!! Once out bikes and the same model with the completo? service .... and then !! If no parts as they did the service ?? !!? '??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención he pasado x varios cesit y he encontrado despotismo,mal trabajo y una espera inesesaria .en cambio aki en este cesit mi respetos aki te tratan como Kieren que los traten si se pudiera en ves de 5 ⭐ daría 10 ⭐atención,servicio,calidad humana y sobre todo te mantienen informando vía WhatsApp a qué hora inician con tu moto y como van en el avance de la misma y al final te dicen en qué momento la tienen los excelente 10⭐de5⭐

Instead here in this cesit my respects here they treat you as they want to treat them if possible instead of 5 ⭐ I would give 10 ⭐ attention, service, human quality and above all they keep you informed via WhatsApp at what time they start with your motorcycle and how they are progressing and in the end they tell you when the excellent 10⭐of5⭐ have it

Trato amable por parte del personal.
Ningún empleado usa cubrebocas.
Poca flexibilidad para poder realizar correcciones a los servicios que ellos realizan.
El coordinador del taller brinda un trato muy gentil y cortés y te ayuda a la resolución y/o seguimiento de pendientes.
