★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplemente ingrese a dejar una Italika a servicio,en la recepcion me ofrecieron el servicio,me programaron una fecha y estuvo antes de tiempo,mucha calidad humana y todos reian,se ve que es un ambiente de trabajo muy fructífero. :)
Simply enter to leave a Italika on duty, at the reception they offered me the service, they programmed me a date and was ahead of time, a lot of human quality and everyone laughed, it is seen that it is a very fruitful work environment. :)

Doble viaje por su mala red
Bad service I went to put a newly acquired motorcycle under warranty and so that at the end of everything they told me that they did not have a system to register my motorcycle, I had to return days later.

En una ocasión querían cobrarme por dejar la moto a servicio una cantidad más alta que el servicio mismo y en un par de ocasiones me han dicho que NO reciben motos teniendo que recurrir a otro taller; sin embargo, es el único lugar donde puedes encontrar las refacciones originales para tu italika
The workshop is a disaster, mark them before you go, they change their policies very often. On one occasion they wanted to charge me for leaving the motorcycle to service a higher amount than the service itself and on a couple of occasions they have told me that they do NOT receive motorcycles having to resort to another workshop; however, it is the only place where you can find the original spare parts for your italika

Horrible attention, the fat receptionist is there just to put on faces and tell you that they have no space in a bad way. Sounds like they're doing the customer a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo puedo decir pésimo servicio empezando por la gordita de servicio llega una moto y te dice no tiene garantía cuando no tenia ni 2 meses que se compró y la moto sólita se apago que según por la lluvia y los cables que estaban descubierto. No tiene nada de atención a clientes desconozco si el gerente sabe de todo esto.
I can only say terrible service starting with the chubby service a motorcycle arrives and tells you it has no warranty when it was not even 2 months old and the motorcycle itself turned off due to the rain and the cables that were discovered. He has no customer service, I don't know if the manager knows about all this.
